Straight Neighbors Hurl Anti-Gay, Anti-Asian Invectives at Virginia Couple: WATCH

Gay married couple Kyle Metz and Leo Liu Metz heard a crash in their backyard Saturday night and then found themselves the target of anti-gay and anti-Asian slurs from their neighbors who were attempting to park their Tesla in a contested tight space behind their property.
USA9: “I’m from rural Iowa. Even in rural Iowa, I’ve never experienced anything remotely like this,” said Kyle Metz, 35. “It’s very dehumanizing,” said Leo Liu Metz.
They said they’ve posted their Ring videos of the incident and shared them on social media because they say they fear for their own safety and their other neighbors’ safety.
The Metz’s say the disputes been going on for months, with the Woods suggesting the Metz’s planter box impinges into their parking space and the Metz’s insisting it’s on their property. The Metz’s said they’d be happy to let the Woods car come a few inches onto their property, but they’re less sympathetic after the tirade.
The Metz’s have gotten an emergency protective order against the Woods. The Woods say they plan to countersue.
Mary Wood blames the whole thing on the Metz’s. “We’re not anti-gay. As a matter of fact, on the tape, my husband says he loves LBGT. He just thought they were an embarrassment,” she said.
