Izaak Theo Adu, the trans son of multi-platinum R&B and soul icon, Sade, spent the last six months recovering from bottom surgery, but posted a picture of himself hugging his mother to announce that they were finally returning home.

He wrote in a post dedicated to his famous mother, “It’s been a long hard road but we did it!! We are coming home!”
