Help These Queens Sew Their Way to Help End COVID-19

Lamont Lewis is the Executive Director of Elohim Urban Mission and they are asking every entertainer that can sew, to help us “Sew Our Way to End COVID19.”

By mobilizing our entertainment communities across the country, it will allow us to provide much needed support to our TGNC Communities, People living with HIV, Health Care Workers, Nursing Home and Essential Personal Members and all others Marginalized Communities of Colors at risk without resources to secure their own supply.

We also believe we can lessen a National Burden, by increasing availability of masks to healthcare and community workers due to shortages which will allow our front-line essential community workers, to continue to fight and bring an end to the pandemic safely. We will provide all the supplies (pattern, fabric and other sewing essentials).

With each kit, there will be return paid return postage. The masks that you make will be donated to the facilities in your honor. We need your skills in protecting our community and our nation.
