Happy 31st Birthday, Taron Egerton!

Regulation hottie Taron Egerton turns 31 today and he’s still got the intense good looks he had when he exploded onto the world scene with Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014) and its sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017).

But it was his 2019, star turn as musician Elton John in the biopic Rocketman, that shot him to the stratosphere after receiving critical acclaim for his performance.

It earned him the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy and a nomination for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role.

In June 2019, Egerton performed a live duet of “Your Song” with Elton John at the opening night of the U.K. leg of John’s farewell world tour Farewell Yellow Brick Road in Brighton & Hove.

Egerton will next star in Tetris, with filming slated to commence on December 1, 2020, in the United Kingdom.
