Popular British Wedding TV Show is Deluged with Complaints After Airing Gay Wedding: WATCH

The popular British wedding show Songs of Praise‘s aired its first gay wedding on August 18th resulting in 1,200 complaints to the BBC that airs the show.
According to the Daily Mail, “Viewers complained to the BBC that its decision to feature a same sex marriage was offensive to Christians.”
The episode about Faith and Marriage, which was screened on BBC1 on August 18, showed the wedding ceremony of Jamie Wallace, 27, and Ian McDowall, 39, at the Rutherglen United Reformed Church, near Glasgow.
