Alfie Arcuri’s New Track ‘Devils Lips’ Is a Collab with Sydney’s LGBT Community

Share

After being stuck in Europe for the past 3 months (due to Australia’s lockdown) following his attendance in the prestigious ‘New Wave Festival 2021’, the Aussie Voice Winner Alfie Arcuri has just released his latest single “Devil’s Lips”. The ‘synth-pop’ banger is accompanied by an intensely seductive music video which has been created entirely by members of Sydney’s LGBT community.

DNA: Australian singer-songwriter, Alfie Arcuri, is releasing his new hyper-queer, camp and infectious pop track, Devil’s Lips, alongside a new music video. Arcuri, who won the Australian iteration of The Voice in 2016, recently represented Australia at Sochi’s prestigious international New Wave Festival, coming in fifth.

Arcuri, who’s been stuck in Europe since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, recorded both the track and music video with a talented cast and crew of LGBTQIA+ people. The music video for Devil’s Lips draws inspiration from great iconic gay photographers of the eighties and nineties and was a, “true labor of love,” from the 33-year-old.
