Resident filmmaker and Trekkie, Jessie Gender, captures the excitement and enthusiasm engendered by the first installment of Star Trek’s Short Treks on CBS All Access.
The vignette depicts the first time (Ensign) Spock (actor Ethan Peck) reports for duty to the Enterprise, where he’s greeted by Number One (Rebecca Romijn), who end up stuck in a turbo lift together and demonstrate the kind of amazing chemistry we expect from the best of Trek.
