Deacon Phillipe, the 16-year-old son of Ryan Phillipe and Reese Witherspoon has dreamboat in his DNA but his new single “Long Run” proves he’s got the talent of his parentage as well.
Witherspoon gushed and even made a Tok Tok video to celebrate the occasion: “When your kid has his first single… you gotta dance!” she wrote alongside the video of Deacon playing the song for her while they sat outside on the porch. In the clip, we see Reese start to dance to the upbeat music, and then she has a literal lightbulb moment. “Deacon!” she says excitedly. “I should make up a TikTok dance to this song.”
As Reese gets up and starts busting out some signature TikTok choreography, Deacon puts his head in his hands and groans: “Ugh oh god mom, no!”
Fortunately, it seems as though the 16-year-old wasn’t too embarrassed, as he commented on Reese’s ‘gram: “Hahahahah I love you.” After all, Deacon is the one who taught Reese to use TikTok in the first place!
Deacon wrote on his own Instagram: “Long Run out now on all platforms❕❕❕ hope you guys enjoy link in bio❤️❤️ @ninanesbitt lets goooo…”
He the thanked fans for their support writing: “Man I’m blown away by the support. Thank you to everyone who has been supporting Long Run it means the world to me❕❕”
Phillipe sings the song with Nina Nesbitt.
