#NSFW College Is a Cartoon About the Ultimate Gay Fantasy Safety School

The Madrid based cartoonist Roberto Aranzabal who goes by Erre, publishes a very funny, very gay, very x-rated cartoon series called #NSFW Colllge on his Twitter account.

Aranzabal says he opened this twitter account around March 2019. At the beginning “I just wanted to use it as a way to force me to draw (gay stuff), because I’m lazy as fuck.

Then it evolved on its own towards the erotic art. The Idea of the #NSFW College came after realizing that what I most enjoy about illustration and comics is telling a story. I want my characters to do things for a reason. Having a College as background, I could get as many characters as I need, and lots of different places and situations to set them. Also I like that stage of life where guys are already adults, but mentally they are still a mess and actually don’t know shit (even if they believe they know best).”

He says some of the illustrations are based on actual events… or, better say inspired by actual events. “The truth is that, being a Spaniard, my college experience was a little bit different, also I was ‘straight’ then, so some of the things I draw are mostly what I wanted to do more than what I actually did. Curious fact is that the setting is based in an actual Maine College that I was able to visit for some days.”

Aranzabal’s been an independent illustrator (not erotic) for more than five years. “Right now,” he says, “I’m a full time graphic designer, so I don’t have much time to do illustration, and that makes me sad.”
