Kentucky Baker Proudly Displays Gay Couple’s Star Trek/Star Wars Mash-Up Themed Wedding Cake

While the news about gay wedding cakes and clashes with bakeries has dominated the press, Tinker’s Cake Shop in Lexington, Kentucky happily breaks the trend and even proudly displayed the cake they made for a couple who are apparently equal part Trekkies and Star Wars fans.

In a Facebook post the bakery said:

Couple: “Can you make a wedding cake with the Millennium Falcon and Starship Enterprise crashing into it?”
Me: “I’ve been waiting for you”
