BREAKING: Four People are Dead After Mass Shooting at a Bar in Kansas City

According to multiple news outlets, at least 4 people are dead and 5 are injured after a shooting at a Kansas City, Kansas bar early this morning.
Nine total people were shot, said Thomas Tomasic of Kansas City police. No suspect is in custody, he added.
Police had responded to the incident overnight on 10th & Central Avenue. They said later that the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident.
The weapon that was used was a handgun, police said.
Agents from Kansas City’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said they were responding to the shooting later Sunday morning.
Four people inside the bar were killed. Five others were transported to area hospitals and believed to be in stable condition, KCK police spokesman Officer Thomas Tomasic said to channel 41KSHB News.
On scene near 10th and Central where officers responded to a shooting. 9 total people were shot 4 of the 9 are dead. We are told the suspect entered the bar Tequila KC and started shooting.
